Valuation Executive | Kuching, Sarawak

Raine & Horne International Zaki + Partners Sdn Bhd is looking for a Valuation Executive to join our Kuching Branch.

We welcome both experienced candidates and fresh graduates who are looking to begin their career in property valuation.

Important: This position is open to Sarawakian candidates only and is available for immediate commencement.

About the Role

As a Valuation Executive, you will be involved in property valuation assignments across a range of property types. You will work closely with our valuation team in carrying out inspections, market research, data collection and the preparation of valuation reports.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting property inspections and assisting with valuation assignments
• Carrying out property market research and collecting comparable sales and rental data
• Preparing valuation reports in accordance with professional and company requirements
• Analysing relevant property and market information
• Liaising with clients, financial institutions and other relevant parties when required
• Maintaining accurate valuation records and supporting documentation
• Supporting senior team members on valuation assignments
• Ensuring assignments are completed accurately and within the required timeframe

What We’re Looking For

Candidates should have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Property Management, Real Estate or a related field
• Good understanding of property valuation principles and the property market
• Good research, analytical and report-writing skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to conduct property inspections and fieldwork
• Familiarity with the Sarawak property market would be an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome and strongly encouraged to apply.
