Kerja Sepenuh Masa Executive, Contracts, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB) Federal Territory - Maukerja

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist in cost estimation.

2. Support tender preparation, quotation analysis, and documentation.

3. Prepare and process progress claims, variation orders, and payment certificates.

4. Assist in subcontractor management and documentation.

5. Maintain proper records of contracts, claims, and project costs.

6. Use EProc system for tendering activities.

7. Use IFCA system for managing payment certifications and variation orders.

8. Support cost monitoring and reporting during construction.

9. Ensure compliance with QESH management system, procedures, and policies.

10. Assist in final account preparation and closure.

11. Participate in site meetings and assist in coordination works.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Degree in Quantity Surveying preferably or related fields.

2. Minimum 3+ years of working experience in preferably in Consultant background.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
