Job Responsibilities — Storekeeper
1. Finished Goods & Raw Material Inbound/Outbound Management — 40%
- Manage the receiving, issuing, and storage of finished goods.
- Follow approved instructions and procedures for all inbound and outbound operations.
- Obtain prior confirmation and approval before proceeding with unclear or unauthorized instructions.
- Arrange loading schedules based on shipment plans and inventory status to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
- Conduct quality checks on finished goods before shipment to prevent defective products from reaching the market.
- Develop raw material demand plans based on production schedules, procurement strategies, and other relevant factors.
- Prepare and submit purchase requests according to material requirements.
- Coordinate between raw material demand and supply to ensure stable material availability.
- Communicate and follow up on abnormalities involving production plans and supplier deliveries.
2. Warehouse Management — 30%
- Enter, process, and follow up on relevant warehouse documents in the SAP system.
- Handle and resolve abnormalities related to finished goods inbound and outbound operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and supervise finished goods storage areas and warehouse operations.
- Monitor and manage redundant materials, defective products, and slow-moving inventory.
- Ensure incoming inspection of finished goods is completed and maintain quality control during storage and usage.
- Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles to ensure proper stock rotation.
- Manage and control pallet usage and availability on-site.
- Coordinate and supervise finished goods loading and unloading activities.
- Monitor loading and unloading workers to ensure safe and efficient operations.
3. 5S Management & Other Duties — 30%
- Carry out warehouse safety management activities and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
- Maintain proper 5S practices, housekeeping, and organization within the warehouse.
- Conduct finished goods inventory counts and prepare inventory analysis reports.
- Monitor stock accuracy and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Assist the Department Manager with material management activities and warehouse-related projects.
- Perform other duties and assignments as directed by senior management.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
