Brand Ambassador / Sales Representative

Anytime Fitness Wheelock Place | Singapore

We’re hiring a Brand Ambassador to grow our membership community and deliver a welcoming experience at Anytime Fitness Wheelock Place.

What you’ll do

• Respond to enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media and walk-ins.
• Follow up with leads, book club visits and guide prospects through membership options.
• Meet individual sales targets through consistent outreach and follow-up.
• Welcome new members and help them get started at the club.
• Keep lead records, sales activity and member information accurate in our systems.
• Support member retention, club campaigns and daily operations.

What we’re looking for

• Confident communication and a genuine interest in helping people.
• Strong follow-through and comfort working towards sales targets.
• A professional, reliable approach to members and teammates.
• Sales or customer service experience is useful; fitness industry experience is a plus.
