Job Title: ACMV Engineer

Location: Singapore

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ACMV Engineer to oversee the design, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, review, and coordinate ACMV systems including Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Cooling Towers, Ventilation Systems, and Exhaust Systems.
  • Manage ACMV project execution from planning to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Review technical drawings, shop drawings, and material submissions.
  • Conduct site inspections and supervise installation works to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
  • Monitor project schedules, costs, and progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover activities.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, method statements, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore building regulations, safety requirements, and industry standards.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during project execution.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of ACMV experience in construction, commercial, industrial, or data center projects.
  • Knowledge of ACMV design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Familiarity with Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Cooling Towers, and Ventilation Systems.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications.
  • Strong project coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Singapore codes, regulations, and Green Mark requirements is an advantage

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
