️ Job Scope
Engage customers professionally to understand their preferences and needs
Recommend suitable wigs and assist with fitting and styling
Advise customers on proper wig care and home styling techniques
Support maintenance and styling of hairpieces under guidance of senior stylist
Ensure merchandise presentation and display standards are well maintained
Participate in product knowledge and maintenance training
Assist with other operational duties as required
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of retail experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Interest or experience in hair styling is advantageous (additional allowance applicable)
