We are looking for an MEP Lead to oversee and drive the design, coordination, and delivery of MEP works across the entire project lifecycle. This role involves leading consultants and contractors, reviewing design and technical specifications, managing project costs, and ensuring MEP works are practical, compliant, and aligned with project requirements. You will play a key role in resolving technical and construction challenges while ensuring quality and timely project delivery.

Your Key Accountabilities:

• Liaise with relevant parties on all MEP matters including the management of consultants and contractors.
• Develop design concept and outline requirements following stakeholder’s requirement to consultants and in line with the project's direction. Involvement from design stage, design development, project implementation, construction, completion, and DLP period.
• Review design drawings and specification ensuring the functionality, practicality, constructability, and compliances of the projects.
• Total cost management of the projects MEP works, including value engineering study and cost analysis, corrective actions review off site and on site.
• Initiate and research to understand latest design trends in the market including new compliance and guideline impacting the projects.
• Explore alternative or new design and product specifications beneficial to project.
• Responsible for coordinating all M&E works in the projects with consultants and contractors to resolve design and site construction issues raised.
• Tender drawings, construction drawings and shop drawings approval (if needed) to ensure smooth progress and high-quality design in the development of projects.
• Lead on MEP services through technical meeting, site meeting and coordination meetings. Reporting to Project Director/ Project Management team.

What We're Looking For:

Qualification:

• At least Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 - 7 years working experience in consultancy firm / property development.

Technical Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering in building services.
