• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

• Experience handling full sets of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Good understanding of financial reporting and account reconciliation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

• Detail-oriented, organised and able to meet reporting deadlines.

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to handle full sets of accounts and support financial reporting for a company in the forwarding industry.

Job Responsibilities

Financial Reporting

• Prepare full sets of accounts, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.

• Maintain the general ledger, accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), and perform account reconciliations.
