Social Media Content Producer & Videographer

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH AN EYE.

KCA is looking for a Social Media Content Producer & Videographer who can combine strong visuals, storytelling and social media instinct to create content people actually want to watch.

We’re not looking for someone who simply knows how to operate a camera.

We want someone who understands the full content process — from developing the idea and hook, to styling and shooting, editing the final content and understanding why it should work on social media.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, shoot and edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and other social platforms
• Produce high-quality jewellery and product photography/videography
• Develop content ideas, hooks and storytelling concepts independently
• Create campaign, lifestyle, product and behind-the-scenes content
• Style products and set up lighting, framing and compositions for shoots
• Edit videos with strong pacing, typography, music, sound and platform-appropriate formats
• Stay current with TikTok/Instagram trends, sounds, formats and editing styles
• Turn marketing objectives and campaign briefs into engaging content concepts
• Work closely with Marketing and Creative teams on campaigns and launches
• Create content that supports reach, engagement, product interest and ultimately business results
• Maintain a consistent visual standard across KCA’s social media content

What We’re Looking For

• Strong visual taste and creative judgement
• Solid videography and photography skills
• Strong shooting AND editing capabilities
• Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and short-form content behaviour
• Able to create strong hooks and understand what makes people stop scrolling
• Good understanding of lighting, composition, framing, styling and visual storytelling
• Able to select appropriate fonts, music, sounds and editing styles for different content
• Able to develop your own creative ideas instead of waiting to be told exactly what to shoot
• Fast, resourceful and able to execute independently
• Able to balance beautiful visuals with content that performs

Experience in jewellery, fashion, beauty, lifestyle or premium retail is a strong advantage.

Portfolio Is Required

We want to see what you can actually create.
