Folia is coming to Singapore! We serve wholesome, delicious food cooked from scratch, with a Mediterranean focus and Southeast Asian flavours. Our menu is curated with Italian-Australian Chef from Sydney.

We’re looking for a hands-on Café Manager to lead our opening team and build strong relationships with the HarbourFront working community.

Your role

• Lead daily café operations, support the team and deliver warm, attentive service.

• Build relationships with corporate clients, handling enquiries and bookings with professionalism and care.

• Coordinate corporate catering, meetings and events, from planning through to delivery.

• Drive sales through corporate outreach, catering, events, delivery platforms and social media promotions.

• Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to maintain quality, manage costs and achieve sales targets.

What we’re looking for

• Relevant café, restaurant or hospitality management experience.

• Strong corporate customer service and event coordination skills.

• Commercial awareness and initiative in marketing and growing sales.

• Resourceful thinking, sound judgement and practical problem-solving skills.

• A positive, can-do attitude, willingness to help across roles and enthusiasm to keep learning.

• A supportive leader who takes ownership and communicates clearly.
