Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including algorithms, data structures, and practical coding skills.
• Proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, with experience designing, training, and evaluating machine learning models.
• Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), including text preprocessing, model selection, and deployment for real-world applications.
• Knowledge of common AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and version control systems such as Git.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems, propose AI-driven solutions, and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in agile or fast-paced environments and collaborating with distributed teams; prior exposure to digital transformation projects is an advantage.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance is beneficial.
