About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking AI HR Trainer to deliver practical training in AI-enabled human resource management and workforce analytics. You will help professionals apply AI tools to enhance HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training in AI applications for HR and workforce management
• Facilitate hands-on learning using tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and DeepSeek
• Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions
• Design and customise course materials based on real-world HR scenarios
• Teach learners how to apply AI in:

1. Recruitment and talent acquisition
2. Performance management and appraisal
3. Workforce planning and analytics

• Guide learners through case studies, simulations, and project-based learning

Requirements

• 2–5 years of training experience in adult education, HR, or workforce development
• 3–5 years industry experience in HR, organisational development, or workforce planning with AI exposure

Practical experience in:

o  Core HR functions (recruitment, L&D, performance management)

o  AI tools applied to HR workflows

o  Workforce analytics and productivity metrics

Qualifications & Certifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or related field
• ACTA or ACLP certification (mandatory)
• Must possess a valid IHRP certification (IHRP-CA, IHRP-CP, or IHRP-SP)
• SHRM, CIPD, or relevant AI/Data Analytics certifications are preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AI applications in HR digital transformation
• Understanding of PDPA, data privacy, and ethical AI in HR
• Strong facilitation, communication, and analytical thinking skills
• Experience delivering training via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or e-learning platforms
