Responsibilities:
Synchronize factory production timelines with company requirements to maintain seamless delivery schedules.
Oversee purchase orders autonomously from initial placement through to final delivery.
Validate critical order details—including quantities, lead times, and shipping schedules—directly with suppliers.
Serve as the primary operational bridge between internal teams, manufacturing plants, and external vendors to facilitate smooth workflows.
Monitor shipment milestones in real-time, swiftly mitigating disruptions such as delays, stock shortages, or quality discrepancies.
Maintain meticulous, up-to-date records of all orders, shipments, and schedule modifications.
Deliver clear, regular order status reports and actionable updates for management review.
Ensure all sourcing, procurement, and purchasing activities strictly adhere to company policies and regulatory standards.
Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend strategic improvements to drive cost-efficiency and workflow productivity.
Partner closely with warehousing and logistics teams to optimize inventory flow and streamline distribution channels.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
Relevant experience in planning, sourcing, or supply chain operations
Experience in order planning, procurement, or coordination with suppliers/factories
Commercially aware with basic negotiation skills
