We are looking for a motivated and results-driven
Sales Assistant Manager
to support our sales team in generating leads, converting enquiries into enrolments, and achieving business targets for our education and training programmes.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, strong communication skills and the ability to guide and motivate a team. You will have opportunities to develop your leadership capabilities while contributing to the growth of our business.
Job Responsibilities
Support the Sales Manager in overseeing daily sales operations and achieving sales targets.
Manage inbound leads and customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Engage prospective learners to understand their needs and recommend suitable SkillsFuture-supported courses and training programmes.
Follow up with leads, drive enrolments and improve lead conversion rates.
Monitor team sales performance and provide coaching and guidance to team members.
Assist in developing sales strategies, improving follow-up processes and achieving team targets.
Track sales activities, maintain accurate lead records and prepare sales performance reports.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the enquiry and enrolment process.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions and business development initiatives.
Requirements
Good communication, interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
Strong sales mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving results.
Leadership potential and the ability to motivate and support team members.
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proactive, self-motivated and willing to learn.
Experience in sales, telesales, customer service or team supervision is an advantage.
Experience in the education or training industry is a plus.
