Job Summary

You will be responsible for conducting detailed move-in and move-out inspections, documenting property conditions, and performing minor repair and maintenance tasks to uphold property standards.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough move-in inspections to assess and document property conditions for owners and tenants

Perform detailed move-out inspections to identify damages or maintenance needs and record findings accurately

Execute minor repair and maintenance tasks on-site to maintain property functionality and appearance

Communicate inspection results and maintenance actions clearly to property management and stakeholders

Maintain accurate records of inspections and repairs to support property management decisions
