About the role: Support the sales team in finding, qualifying and following up leads and quotations for marine and industrial technology products, including Beijer, Raymarine and FLIR products. The role focuses on product sales to build steady revenue. After training, the role moves into Oceanlabs and solutions sales. Reports to the Managing Director and the Commercial and Operations Director. No prior marine or technical product experience is needed. Full product training is provided.

About the role: Support the sales team in finding, qualifying and following up leads and quotations for marine and industrial technology products, including Beijer, Raymarine and FLIR products. Responsibilities:
- Research and qualify leads from marine, offshore, defence and industrial customers in Singapore and the region
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers until the sale is closed or lost
- Record all leads, opportunities and activities accurately in the company's CRM system
- Support tender and RFQ submissions, including document preparation and deadline tracking
- Maintain product and pricing information, and keep the sales pipeline up to date
- Attend customer meetings, exhibitions and site visits as needed, with guidance from senior staff
- Support marketing follow-up such as email campaigns and brochure distribution
- Provide regular sales reports to management
- Diploma or degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field
- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales, business development or customer service are welcome
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English, needed to write quotations and correspond with customers
- Proficiency in other languages relevant to a customer's market is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Teams and Excel
- Interest in technology, marine or industrial products. Exposure to CRM systems is an advantage
- Self-motivated and organised, and comfortable working to targets and follow-up
- Eligible to work in Singapore
