JOB DESCRIPTION:

- To provide support to sales team and work closely with customers including:-

• Prepare delivery order and invoice
• Coordinating for purchase order from Customer
• Prepare sales order
• Prepare quotation
• Follow up return invoice and delivery order
• Write item in the standby book for store standby the item-
• Fax or email sales order, credit note and quotation to customers and make sure customer chop & sign.

- Arrange courier for urgent delivery.
- Coordinating and preparing customer return documentation including:-

• Prepare CCF form
• Arrange for collection

- Issue stock issue and received.

- Pick up phone, liaising with Customer & Sales Executive/Manager
- Update pending purchase order
- Proper filing for daily transaction.
- To coordinate with departmental personnel for whatever customer's request.

REQUIREMENT:

• SPM/Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year working experience in similar capacity
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate
