Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM delivery for construction and interior fit-out projects in Singapore, driving BIM strategy, coordination, compliance, and digital project execution.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of BIM strategy across construction and fit-out projects to ensure efficient project delivery
Develop and maintain BIM execution plans, modelling standards, templates, and family libraries to standardize workflows
Manage and review BIM coordinators and modellers by allocating resources and monitoring their deliverables to meet project timelines
Oversee multi-disciplinary coordination by conducting clash detection and resolving issues with consultants and main contractors
Ensure all BIM processes comply with BCA BIM guidelines and CORENET X submission requirements for regulatory adherence
Drive 4D/5D BIM integration, quantity take-off, and digital delivery, providing regular progress reports to management
Required competencies and certifications
Degree in Architecture, Civil/Building, or MEP Engineering
Minimum 8 years of BIM experience, including at least 3 years in a lead or managerial role
Proficient in Revit and Navisworks software applications
Strong knowledge of CORENET X and Singapore BIM standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience with Bentley or Civil3D software
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to effectively lead teams and collaborate with project partners
