Kerja Sepenuh Masa Costing - Tender Executive, Gaji tinggi SGD 4,400 di LUMITRON PTE. LIMITED Southeast (Singapore) - Maukerja

You will prepare the costings, quotations and tender submissions that win us lighting projects. You will work with our sales, design and project teams to price projects accurately, on time and at the right margin.

Key responsibilities

• Study tender documents, drawings, specifications and bills of quantities; take off lighting quantities from drawings.
• Request and compare supplier quotations, including overseas manufacturers; evaluate alternatives and equivalents.
• Prepare cost breakdowns, quotations and tender submissions, compiling product data sheets, compliance tables and supporting documents (e.g. lux / LPB calculations from the design team).
• Meet submission deadlines and tender requirements (e.g. main contractor and GeBIZ tenders).
• Propose value-engineering options to meet the customer's budget.
• Follow up on quotations and clarifications, and keep a tender register with win/loss results.
• Hand over awarded jobs to the project team with a clear budget and scope.
