Allowance: S$1,000/month + S$300 satisfactory completion bonus
Full-time conversion: Marketing Lead at S$3,000/month

About us
Dopamine Movement is a boutique fitness studio in Singapore offering Sculpt, Mat Pilates and infrared classes, with studios at Raffles Place and Serangoon Gardens. We're a young, fast-growing brand, and we're building our pioneer team. Our motto: Build strength you can feel in every movement.

What you'll do

Marketing and content

• Plan and run social media campaigns on Instagram and TikTok, from strategy and content calendar to insights and performance analysis
• Film and edit short-form content with our instructors (we'll discuss and provide the hardware and software you need)
• Track what works, and report on reach, engagement and conversions

Customer conversion

• Turn trial and ClassPass customers into members, through follow-ups, offers and automated messages
• Re-engage regular customers who have gone quiet

Studio operations

• Front desk duties during lunchtime and selected weekday evenings
• Handle customer enquiries through the day on Instagram and WhatsApp Business
• Track inventory and amenities, purchase restocks and keep track of costs
• Do monthly merchandise stock counts
• Meet the founder weekly to go through reports and plan ahead

Who we're looking for

• Independent and takes initiative, without waiting to be told
• Loves fitness and genuinely enjoys customer service
• Comfortable filming and editing short-form video (CapCut, Premiere, Canva or similar)
• Organised, numbers-aware and reliable
• Polytechnic or university student, or a fresh graduate, in marketing, communications, media or design (or with an equivalent portfolio)

• S$1,000/month allowance + S$300 completion bonus
• Conversion to full-time Marketing Lead at S$3,000/month, with KPI-based growth

Start date: December 2026 (2 days of training), with the internship running January to June 2027. Flexible for the right candidate.
