Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Lead Engineer, Supply Chain Resilience - Intelligence (Ordnance) di Singapore Army - Maukerja

Build the Future of Defence Logistics

• We are seeking a Lead Engineer for Supply Chain Resilience to ensure our ordnance ecosystem remains resilient and intelligent. In an era of global supply volatility, you will be the technical lead in transforming how we manage, move, and sustain munitions to ensure seamless and unbreakable ordnance supply chain for the SAF.

What You’ll Be Building:

• Data-Driven Decision-Making Intelligence: Rather than just applying models, you will help to develop the end-to-end real-time supply chain intelligence ecosystem. You will lead the integration of predictive modelling and advanced analytics to automate optimized decision-making.
• Automation Technology Integration: You will lead the practical adoption and integration of robotics and automation across ordnance production lines. This involves developing the standards and configurations for how these technologies meet surge demands and operational speeds.
• Resilience Engineering: You will oversee the deployment of simulation software to stress-test the entire supply network and identify systemic vulnerabilities in order to develop risk mitigation strategies that hedge against global supply disruptions.

Why Join Us?

• Global Exposure: Attend overseas conferences (USA, Europe) and participate in international munitions technical committees like the NATO and U.N.
• Professional Growth: We support your journey to attain an academic degree and above and obtain professional accreditation from international Institutes.
• True Innovation: Move beyond theory. Apply AI and robotics to real-world logistics challenges, ensuring the SAF is always ready for the mission.

Who we are looking for:

• Academic Qualifications: Degree in Engineering (Systems, Ind., Mech., Aero., Comp Sc., etc.) or Applied Physics/Chem.
• Relevant Skills and Experiences: Exposure to Supply Chain domains, Modelling/Simulation, or AI/Robotics.
