• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or a related field

• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent are an added advantage

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience using accounting software such as UBS and AutoCount

• Experience in preparing and issuing e-Invoices

• Experience in an accounting or audit firm is an added advantage

• Able to speak and communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Location: Pro Amity Corporate Sdn Bhd, No. 35-2, Jalan Tasik Utama 3, Sungai Besi, 57100 Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur (Near MRT/LRT Sungai Besi)

Accounting & Financial Transactions

• Handle daily accounting transactions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations

• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and properly supported with relevant documentation

• Review and verify accounting entries, invoices, payment records, and supporting documents

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities

Reconciliation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain bank, AP, AR, accrual, prepayment, and other account reconciliations

• Ensure AP and bank reconciliations are completed accurately and on time

• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on discrepancies or unreconciled items

• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management accounts

• Assist in cash flow monitoring and financial analysis

e-Invoice

• Prepare and issue e-Invoices accurately

• Ensure e-Invoice records and supporting documentation are properly maintained

Audit & Compliance

• Assist in internal and external audit processes by preparing schedules, reports, and supporting documents

• Ensure accounting records comply with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies

• Maintain proper and up-to-date accounting records and documentation
