Support customers throughout the application journey and provide excellent customer service.

Respond to enquiries and follow up with potential and existing customers in a timely manner.

Develop and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships.

Meet individual sales goals while contributing to the team's overall success.

Update and manage customer records, leads, and application progress accurately.

Collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
