F&B SUPERVISOR / TEAM LEADER – BOOST JUICE at Mesamall Nilai

Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,200/month + OT + Public Holiday Pay

Are you currently working in F&B, restaurant, café or retail and ready to take the next step into a leadership role?

Boost Juice Quayside Mall is looking for a responsible, energetic and people-focused Team Leader / Supervisor to lead our outlet team and support daily store operations.

YOUR ROLE

As the Person In Charge (PIC), you will:

• Lead and support the outlet team during daily operations.
• Coach team members and ensure good teamwork and performance.
• Drive daily sales and customer service standards.
• Monitor product quality, preparation and service speed.
• Manage staff attendance, deployment and daily task assignments.
• Ensure excellent store cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Support stock receiving, inventory checks and stock control.
• Ensure proper cash handling, POS reconciliation and closing procedures.
• Train and guide new team members.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving outlet targets and KPIs.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Preferred:

• Minimum 1 year experience in F&B / restaurant / café / retail, especially in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor, Senior Crew, Shift Leader or similar position is an advantage.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude and willing to learn.
• Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
• Own transport is preferred.

Fresh candidates with strong leadership potential may also be considered.
