Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings (description, pricing, visuals).
• Assist in marketing campaigns, promotion, and livestream activities.
• Assist in daily order fulfilment, including picking, checking, and packaging customer orders accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock availability.
• Handle basic customer inquiries and provide support when needed

Job Requirements:

• Pursuing a diploma/degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related fields
• Experience in e-commerce or social media is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Tiktok, Shopee, and Lazada is a plus
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Good attitude and punctuality
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kuala Terengganu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Job types: Internship

Job Contract: 2-6 months
