Kelayakan

  • 1 year of experience in purchasing, import, logistics or supply chain.

  • Experience handling China–Malaysia import operations is preferred.

  • Familiar with freight forwarding, customs clearance and import documentation.

  • Good negotiation, communication and coordination skills.

  • Strong attention to detail, especially in costs, quantities, documents and reconciliation.

  • Good Microsoft Excel and computer skills.

  • Experience with SQL Accounting / ERP systems is an advantage.

  • Mandarin speaking and writing is required for communication with China suppliers.

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple shipments and tasks simultaneously.

Tanggungjawab

  1. Handle purchasing and import operations from China, including order placement, shipment coordination and documentation.

  2. Coordinate with China suppliers, freight forwarders and local customs clearance agents to ensure smooth import arrangements.

  3. Prepare and maintain purchase contracts, purchase orders and import-related documents.

  4. Record and update import financial and logistics information, including purchase costs, freight, customs charges and other related expenses.

  5. Coordinate goods receiving and inventory entry upon arrival at the warehouse.

  6. Perform supplier and logistics reconciliation, including invoices, payments, freight and other import-related charges.

  7. Monitor shipment status and follow up on ETD, ETA, customs clearance and instore arrangements.

  8. Maintain accurate purchasing, import and logistics records for accounting and management purposes.

  9. Work closely with Finance, Warehouse and Sales Teams to ensure accurate purchasing and inventory records.
