Experience: Previous experience as a Mixologist within the hospitality or F&B industry is preferred.

Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

Customer Service: Strong commitment to delivering a high-quality guest experience.

Organizational Skills: Capable of managing tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of F&B Operations: Deep knowledge of mixology, classic and modern cocktails, beverage trends.. Experience in inventory management and cost control.

Availability: Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Assist in supervising and oversee daily bar operation as to deliver excellent service.

Develop and curate an innovative cocktail and beverage menu that aligns with the venue's concept.

Track sales performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth.

Control costs by minimizing waste, optimizing portion sizes, managing inventory effectively, including ordering and stock control for beverages.

Monitor pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness and profitability.

Conduct training sessions for the bar team on cocktail-making, mixology techniques, and service standards.

Monitor drink presentation, preparation, and quality ensuring it meets Carousel & Co.'s standards.

Handle guest concerns and provide conflict resolution as needed.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
