Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Director, AI Recruitment Sales di Persevio - Maukerja

Location: Singapore (Hybrid)

Company Overview:

• Persevio is an AI-native recruitment startup on a mission to redefine how talent and companies connect. Headquartered in Singapore, we are building a future where recruitment is faster, more affordable, and fundamentally candidate-centric.
• Our proprietary AI agents—Viona for employers and Percy for candidates—handle the high-volume, structured parts of the hiring process, allowing humans to focus on what matters most: relationships, judgment, and complex negotiations. Backed by external funding and led by an experienced founder, we are now ready to scale our agency business line.

Role Overview:

• We are looking for a founding commercial leader to build and scale Persevio’s AI-augmented agency recruitment business. In this high-impact role, you will partner directly with the CEO to drive commercial growth and demonstrate how proprietary AI scales recruitment outcomes beyond the traditional "human-scaling" bottleneck.
• You will initially act as a high-performing commercial lead to establish our market presence. As the business expands, you will transition into a Director role, codifying a repeatable sales playbook and building a high-performing team of consultants to lead our agency division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Business Development: Take full ownership of the agency pipeline by prospecting, winning mandates, and securing contracts with new clients from scratch.
• Advocate for AI-Augmented Recruitment: Effectively sell the Persevio vision to employers, demonstrating how our AI-driven delivery ensures higher-signal candidates and a more efficient hiring process.
• Execute High-Touch Delivery: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, excelling at candidate engagement, complex negotiation, and closing to ensure a high placement rate for all mandates.
• Partner on Business Design: Collaborate with the CEO to design and document the "Persevio way" of selling and delivering, turning early commercial wins into a scalable business playbook.
• Lead and Scale the Team: Transition from a solo contributor to a people manager, responsible for hiring, mentoring, and leading the next generation of recruitment consultants.

Requirements:

• Minimum/Core Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in 360-degree agency recruitment, with a primary focus on business development and client acquisition.
• Proven track record in winning mandates and closing placements independently within professional services or technology sectors.
• Advanced professional English proficiency, with the ability to lead complex business discussions and negotiations.
• An entrepreneurial and resilient mindset, comfortable building a business line from zero without an established brand or steady lead flow.
• A "tech-curious" approach and a willingness to adapt established recruitment habits to an AI-augmented workflow.
• Preferred/Bonus Requirements:
• Prior experience or a strong interest in transitioning into a leadership/management role.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup or technology-driven environments.

Why you should be interested:

• Scale Without Limits: Join the company that is leveraging proprietary AI to solve the "manual grind" of traditional recruitment. This is your chance to build a market-leading agency by being the first to truly scale through technology.
• Founding Partnership: You aren't just an employee; you are a founding commercial partner. You will work directly with the CEO to define a new category of recruitment business.
• Focus on High-Value Work: By delegating top-of-funnel sourcing to AI and our talent team, you can focus your energy on winning business and closing candidates—the work that actually drives revenue and impact.
• Uncapped Growth: As the founding member of the agency business, your growth trajectory is tied directly to the business’s success. You have a clear path to becoming the Director of the entire recruitment business as we expand.
