Job Responsibilities:
- To perform RMA Service and troubleshooting customer defects units in-house
- To assist and work as a team with others to handle projects, customization of units and etc, either in-house or on-site
- To prepare service report on the defective parts of the products
- To attend to service calls and perform trouble-shooting on-site
- To travel outstation for maintenance and installation purposes
- To coordinate with sales team on products specification and technical related issue
- And, any other duties exigent of the company’s services
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or any other equivalent field.
- At least 1 to 3 year(s) of working experience in UPS industry is required for this position although fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Possess Certificate of Competency of PW2 / PW4 / A0 issued by ST is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of UPS technologies is an added advantage.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. Well verse in other languages is an added advantage.
- Applicants must be willing to work overtime, on-call 24/7 on rotation basis within the team.
- Ability to adapt and perform well in a highly dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Skilled in troubleshooting, diagnostics and repair of electronic/electrical equipment.
- Attention to detail and high level of safety awareness.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Outside-the-box thinker, strategist, problem solver, opportunity seeker, team player
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
