About the role

Helios Fitness builds gyms and develops lifestyle brands and experiences. We are looking for an organised and energetic intern to support our day-to-day operations, events and social media activities.

You will help the team keep projects on track by taking meeting notes, recording follow up actions and checking on progress. You will also help organise events and create simple social media content. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety and wants to learn how a fitness and lifestyle business operates.

What you will do:
Project and administrative support

• Attend team meetings, take clear notes and record key decisions and follow up actions.
• Maintain a simple action tracker showing tasks, owners and due dates. • Remind team members about upcoming tasks and check for updates. • Help organise schedules, documents, contact lists and other team records.
• Assist with basic research, presentations and operational documents.

Events and operations

• Help plan and organise events, roadshows and promotional activities. • Support event logistics such as schedules, equipment, supplies and setup.
• Welcome visitors, answer basic questions and collect customer feedback when needed.

Social media and marketing

• Help prepare social media content, including captions, photos and short videos.
• Capture content at gyms, events and other activities, with approval from the team.
• Support campaigns that promote our gyms, brands and lifestyle activities.
• Take on other suitable tasks that support the team and your learning.

What we are looking for

• Currently studying business, marketing, events, sports management or a related subject.
• Interested in fitness, wellness, events or lifestyle brands.
• Organised and comfortable keeping track of tasks and details.
• Clear communicator who is comfortable following up with others.
• Friendly and confident when supporting events or speaking with customers.
• Interested in social media and willing to help create simple content.
• Basic skills in Excel, Google Sheets or similar tools.
• Willing to learn and work well with a team.
• Previous experience in events, retail, customer service or promotions is helpful, but not required.
