Hiring: Payroll Specialist

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll activities across Malaysia and Singapore/Hong Kong. The role will work closely with HR, Finance, employees, and payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end payroll processing and validation.

Review payroll inputs, registers, adjustments, and reconciliations.

Coordinate with HR, Finance, and payroll vendors for timely payroll processing and payments.

Handle statutory contributions, tax-related requirements, and payroll reporting.

Manage employee payroll queries and stakeholder communications.

Support payroll process improvements and ad-hoc payroll projects.

Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience.

Experience with Malaysia, Singapore, or Hong Kong payroll.

Experience managing payroll for 500+ employees.

Strong knowledge of payroll statutory requirements and tax-related processes.

Proficient in MS Excel, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.

Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.

APAC / multi-country payroll experience preferred.

Experience with Oracle MyHR, EDP, or other payroll systems is an advantage.

BPO / Shared Services / Payroll Outsourcing experience is preferred.
