• Support project and technical teams in managing and maintaining project documentation.

• Receive, register, catalogue and maintain electronic and hard-copy drawings, reports, submissions and project documents.

• Manage document numbering, revision control, distribution and filing systems.

• Ensure the latest approved drawings and documents are properly recorded and easily retrievable.

• Coordinate document submissions and correspondence with project teams, consultants, contractors and relevant parties.

• Maintain document registers and accurately update project information.

• Retrieve drawings, documents and information promptly when requested by project personnel.

• Ensure confidential and sensitive documents are maintained according to company procedures.

• Perform other project administrative and document-control duties as required.

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of Document Controller experience, preferably within the construction, engineering or M&E industry.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, document numbering, revisions and technical documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Aconex, EDMS, SharePoint or other document-control systems would be an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Meticulous, organised and able to maintain accurate records.
• Able to work independently and support multiple project stakeholders.
