Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and dynamic Grocery Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, lead our retail team, and ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will manage shifts, maintain strict store standards, and smoothly coordinate stock across our outlets.

Key Responsibilities

· Operations Management: Supervise daily grocery store activities, manage staff work shifts, and provide regular operational updates to management.

· Financial Oversight: Manage cash collections, including the opening and closing procedures for cashiers.

· Inventory & Stock Control: Coordinate stock transfers between outlets and ensure the shop is fully stocked with fresh, high-quality products while minimizing spoilage.

· Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs, store records, and other required operational documentation.

· Team Leadership: Monitor staff performance, provide on-the-job training for new hires, and foster a positive working environment.

· Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure maximum satisfaction.

· Store Standards: Uphold and maintain overall store cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising standards.

Job Requirements

· Experience: Prior experience in the retail or grocery industry is highly preferred.

· System Knowledge: Advantageous if you have experience using the ARMS GO retail/POS system.

· Flexibility: Willing and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

· Mobility: Must possess own transportation and be able to travel/work between our Manjoi and Jelapang outlets.

· Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and basic numerical skills.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
