Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Teacher role based at TOMORO COFFEE in Penang, Malaysia. The Teacher will design and deliver engaging training sessions for baristas and staff, focusing on coffee knowledge, customer service, and brand values. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting classroom and hands-on training, evaluating learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The Teacher will collaborate with store and regional leaders to identify learning needs, update training materials, and support onboarding for new team members. The role also involves maintaining a positive learning environment, ensuring consistent application of standards, and promoting TOMORO COFFEE’s culture across the team.
Qualifications

• Strong Teaching and Education skills to deliver effective training and support diverse learners.
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training to design structured, practical, and engaging learning sessions.
• Excellent Communication skills to explain concepts clearly, provide feedback, and collaborate with team members.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or coffee industry training is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Penang, manage multiple training schedules, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with using basic digital tools (e.g., presentations, learning materials) to support instruction.
• Relevant education or certification in teaching, training, or a related field is an advantage.
