Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for establishing new product production lines for the company.

2. Responsible for designing the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for each workstation on the new production line.

3. Responsible for NPI (New Product Introduction) activities for new product implementation.

4. Evaluate equipment needs and production flow to ensure efficient layout and operations.

5. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for machinery and tooling setup.

6. Ensure that all SOPs comply with safety, quality, and productivity standards.

7. Train operators and technicians on work instructions and process flows.

8. Work closely with R&D, QA, and production teams to ensure smooth product integration.

9. Conduct line trials, process validation, and production readiness reviews.

10 Responsible for using SolidWorks to design new products.

Requirements:

-Technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

-Hands-on experience with PLCs, vision systems, and circuit diagram reading.

-Strong communication, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills.
