Requirements:

• Prior experience preferred, but fresh candidates are welcome

• Willingness to learn, take instructions, and improve

• Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure

• Must be responsible and punctual

Key Responsibilities (Service):

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately

• Prepare and serve drinks (for barista), maintain coffee equipment

• Ensure cleanliness of the café and customer areas

• Assist in restocking, cashier duties, and order packing

• Handle customer feedback professionally and maintain positive attitude

• Cooperate with kitchen team and work in shifts
