Recruitment

• Arrange interviews (physical & virtual) based on interviewers’ availability.
• Coordinate/facilitate the interview process on the day of the interview, including photocopying and verifying documents if applicable
• Conduct reference checks

HR Administration

• Assist with the preparation and issuance of employment contracts, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related correspondence.

Employee Engagement & Events

• Support in the planning and execution of staff engagement activities and HR events
• Coordinate event logistics, registrations, and communications
• Support employee recognition and appreciation initiatives
• Other Ad Hoc Duties
• Perform any other HR-related duties and administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor
