Job Summary

HYDROAXYS is seeking a motivated Technician Intern with an interest in air-conditioning and HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) systems. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to equipment installation, servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting while supporting experienced technicians under supervision.

Job Description

• Assist technicians with the installation, servicing and maintenance of equipment, including air-conditioning and HVAC systems.
• Support routine inspections and preventive maintenance, including cleaning filters, checking equipment condition and identifying visible defects.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and repair activities under the guidance of senior technicians.
• Prepare tools, materials and equipment for assigned tasks, and help maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Update maintenance checklists, service records and internship logbooks, and report observations to the supervisor.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and instructions when handling tools, testing instruments and equipment.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a certificate, diploma or relevant vocational qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, HVAC, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Basic knowledge of air-conditioning or HVAC systems through coursework, workshop activities or practical training.
• No prior working experience is required. Students seeking industrial training and fresh graduates seeking practical experience are encouraged to apply.
• Interested in hands-on technical work and willing to learn installation, maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
• Responsible, punctual and safety-conscious, with the ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
