Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities:

Vehicle Delivery Preparation

  • Conduct pre-delivery inspections and prepare vehicles for delivery.
  • Perform necessary vehicle programming and electronic setups.

Component Installation & Swapping

  • Install and swap components between chassis as needed.
  • Support part cannibalization for urgent component requirements.

Vehicle Refurbishment

  • Assist in refurbishment of aged vehicles by replacing outdated or faulty components.
  • Remove and reinstall parts for repair or maintenance purposes.

Chassis Repair & Modification

  • Perform minor chassis repairs before dispatching vehicles to bodybuilders.
  • Coordinate job requisitions for contractors to handle special modifications.

New Vehicle Buy-Off

  • Participate in the buy-off and inspection process of new vehicles at TCMA to ensure quality standards are met.

Workshop Floor Assistance

  • Assist in general repair and service activities on the workshop floor.
  • Support mechanics and technicians in daily maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or completed one of the following:
  • SKM (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia) Level 2 or 3 in Automotive / Mechanical / Mechatronics
  • DKM (Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia) in Automotive Technology, Vehicle Maintenance, or related fields
  • Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar disciplines
  • Internship or industrial training must be endorsed by the institution.
  • Basic knowledge in vehicle repair, component installation, and maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to use hand tools and workshop equipment (guidance provided on-site).
  • Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and team-oriented.
  • Good communication and ability to follow instructions.
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in a workshop environment.
  • Willing to be placed at branches such as Selangor, Perak or Pulau Pinang.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM550.00 - RM700.00 per month
