Hiring: ERP Project Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Onsite)

Experience: 8+ Years

Contract: 12 Months (Renewable)

We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager with strong project delivery expertise and experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end ERP project delivery, manage budgets, timelines, resources, and scope, and ensure alignment with client expectations and business objectives.

• Lead end-to-end ERP project delivery, ensuring projects meet agreed scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards

• Manage project planning, resource allocation, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations

• Oversee delivery activities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations and related business applications

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align project objectives with organizational goals

• Drive project governance, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation and recovery strategies

• Facilitate communication between clients, project teams, management, and other stakeholders

• Monitor project progress, performance, financials, and delivery milestones

• Apply Agile program management practices and established project delivery frameworks

• Provide leadership, resolve cross-team issues, and support key project decisions

• Champion project management best practices to improve team performance and client satisfaction

• Minimum 8 years of overall Project / Program Management experience

• Experience leading ERP project delivery, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP

• Strong expertise in Program and Project Management

• Experience in delivery leadership, project governance, budget management, and resource planning

• Knowledge of Agile Program Management, Delivery Excellence, and business application delivery frameworks

• Familiarity with Avanade Delivery Suite and Avanade Delivery Framework for Business Apps is an advantage

• Strong risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders

• Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills

• Experience driving continuous improvement and successful project outcomes
