Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Plastic Injection Molding Technician to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for machine setup, troubleshooting, operator arrangement and ensuring smooth production operations, especially during night shifts.

Job Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and adjust plastic injection molding machines.
• Troubleshoot machine alarms, molding defects and production issues.
• Monitor and maintain stable machine parameters and production conditions.
• Arrange and assign operators to machines according to production requirements.
• Ensure operators follow proper working procedures and quality standards.
• Pay attention to production quantity, product quality and overall production conditions, especially during night shifts.
• Identify and report machine breakdowns, quality issues and other production abnormalities.
• Ensure good housekeeping, cleanliness and safety in the production area.
• Assist with robot arm operation and troubleshooting when required.
• Coordinate with Production, QC and Technical teams to resolve production issues.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in plastic injection molding is preferred.
• Knowledge of injection molding machine settings and troubleshooting.
• Able to identify and solve common molding defects.
• Able to arrange operators and handle production issues independently.
• Experience with robot arm operation will be an added advantage.
• Responsible, disciplined and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Work Location: Klang, Selangor

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
