We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Program Manager (Program Tech Lead) to lead large-scale cybersecurity transformation and strategic technology initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end program delivery, managing multiple project managers, aligning business and security objectives, and providing executive-level program governance and reporting.

This role requires a dynamic and proactive leader who can operate effectively in fast-paced environments, handle complex stakeholder landscapes, and deliver outcomes across multiple concurrent projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of enterprise-wide cybersecurity and technology programs.
• Drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with the CISO, senior leadership teams, and business stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor multiple Project Managers while ensuring alignment across interconnected projects and workstreams.
• Establish program governance frameworks, steering committees, reporting structures, and performance metrics.
• Develop and present executive-level program updates, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Manage program budgets, timelines, resources, dependencies, and vendor engagements.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues, and escalation points.
• Ensure delivery excellence through adherence to project management methodologies, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives and business outcomes.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain strong relationships across technology, security, and business functions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Technology Delivery leadership roles.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale, complex enterprise programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple Project Managers and large cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering Cybersecurity programs and initiatives. (Good to have)
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance, and security transformation programs. (Good to have)
• Experience working directly with CISO organizations and senior executive stakeholders. (Good to have)
