Job Scope
Manage shipments and related documentation.
Prepare and process billing using different platforms and systems.
Handle incoming and outgoing emails and respond to enquiries accordingly.
Receive, check, and maintain relevant documents.
Perform accurate data entry and update records.
Coordinate daily operational and administrative tasks with customers, drivers, and internal teams.
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
