Minimum SPM qualification with a pass in Prinsip Perakaunan / Accounting.

Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience are encouraged to apply.

Solid understanding of accounting principles, double-entry bookkeeping, and basic financial statements.

Proficient in MS Excel (formulas, sorting, VLOOKUP) and MS Office.

Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, English.

Highly responsible, meticulous with numbers, and able to meet monthly closing deadlines.

Transaction Data Entry: Record daily platform sales, billing receipts, and operational expenses accurately into the accounting software/Microsoft Excel.

Transaction Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations between internal platform logs, third-party settlement reports, and bank statements; verify transaction processing fees against net payout amounts.

Refunds & Adjustments: Track and update daily customer refunds and balance adjustments to ensure book balances mirror actual settlements.

Month-End Closing Support: Organize invoices, bank statements, and settlement files to support the accountant in timely month-end closing and audit readiness.
