Tanggungjawab

Job Description

1. Technical Drawing

  • Read and interpret customer technical/manufacturing drawings
  • Understand dimensions, folding, sealing, opening side, material and specifications
  • Check drawing requirements before production
  • Communicate technical requirements to Planner/Production

2. MPR / Production Planning Support

  • Assist Planner in preparing Manufacturing Production Records (MPR)
  • Review production specifications and quantities
  • Ensure information in MPR matches customer requirements/drawing
  • Coordinate with Production/QC when clarification is needed

3. Customer Requirement

  • Understand and clarify customer specifications
  • Handle technical/product-related enquiries
  • Communicate customer requirements to Planner, Production and QC
  • Follow up on changes or special requirements

4. Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate between Customer → Planner → Production → QC
  • Highlight discrepancies or unclear requirements before production starts.

5. Others

  • Assisting with production-related documentation and coordination.
  • Participate in internal & external audits (ISO, HACCP & GMP), including the preparation of relevant documentation.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Production, or related field.
  • Able to read and understand technical/manufacturing drawings.
  • Basic understanding of dimensions, measurements, materials and product specifications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Good attention to detail when checking customer specifications and production requirements.
  • Able to understand and communicate customer requirements.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, technical support, or a related field would be an advantage.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
