Monday to Saturday
9:15 AM – 5:45 PM
We are looking for a hands-on Operations & Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the daily setup, maintenance and repair operations of our Airbnb / short-stay properties. This is not a desk-based administrative role.
You will be responsible for coordinating the maintenance team, assigning daily jobs, tracking outstanding cases, ensuring repair quality, and making sure units are ready on time.
Your responsibility does not stop at assigning the job — you own the job until it is completed and properly closed.
Job scope:

2️⃣ Daily Maintenance Job Allocation
3️⃣ Job Tracking & Follow-Up
4️⃣ Job Closure & Quality Control
5️⃣ Technician Team Management
6️⃣ Maintenance Cost & Material Control

Requirements:
Must have own transport (at least a motorcycle)
Physically fit and hands-on
Basic handyman or maintenance skills
Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
Able to communicate in basic English and/or Bahasa Malaysia
