Job Description

• Develop building details from architect’s sketch and design.
• Set up a working drawing, authority submission and construction drawings.
• Assist the Architect in the visualization and communication works through the application of the various software. Knowledge of Archicad software is necessary.
• Support the process of submissions to various authorities for all stages.
• Co-ordinate with fellow consultants for the design development project.
• Attend technical site meeting with contractor to resolve construction related issues on site.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree
• Conversant with drafting skill and the use of 2D & 3D software
• Possess relevant knowledge of project design stages
• Have a basic understanding of the authority requirements and compliance
• Have good written and oral communication skills
• Able to relate and co-ordinate at all organizational levels
