Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our recruitment team.

This role is suitable for fresh graduates who enjoy meeting people, communicating with others and using social media. You will learn how to identify suitable candidates, conduct interviews, manage job advertisements and communicate with clients throughout the recruitment process.

The role also involves creating recruitment-related social media content, including preparing posts and participating in videos to promote job vacancies and attract potential candidates.

• Candidate Sourcing: Search for suitable candidates through job portals, social media and other recruitment channels.
• Job Advertisement Posting: Prepare and publish job advertisements on social media platforms and other relevant channels.
• Social Media Content Creation: Help create recruitment-related posts and videos to promote job vacancies and attract potential candidates.
• Candidate Communication: Contact candidates by telephone, explain job opportunities and follow up on their applications.
• Candidate Screening and Interviews: Screen applications, assess candidate suitability and conduct preliminary interviews by telephone or Microsoft Teams.
• Interview Coordination: Arrange interviews and coordinate schedules between candidates and clients.
• Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide updates on recruitment progress.
• Relationship Management: Maintain good working relationships with candidates and clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Recruitment Administration: Update candidate records, maintain recruitment information and monitor application progress.
• Recruitment Targets: Work towards recruitment targets and ensure that vacancies are handled efficiently.
