In this role, you will leadour front-of-house operations, supporting and inspiring them to deliver their best. and provide service that creates a memorable experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome members and guests warmly, making them feel right at home.
- Supervise service staff, ensuring high standards of quality, cleanliness, and guest experience are consistently met.
-Foster positive relationships with members to enhance their dining experience and build loyalty.
-Coach and mentor team members to uphold and deliver consistent service excellence.
-Address member concerns promptly and professionally.
-Proactively gather feedback to understand members’ preferences and expectations better.
-Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations.
-Maintain strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and cleanliness protocols.
-Comply with the Club’s policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and grooming guidelines.
-Support other operational duties as assigned by the HOD or Management.
Requirements
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or GCE ‘O’ Level.
- At least 2 years of experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity
- Well-groomed with a consistently professional appearance.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with, motivate and lead the team.
-Positive and proactive attitude with a readiness to take initiative and motivate o
