Position Summary

Join our team as a Sales Promoter and help customers explore a range of home appliances and electrical products. You will play an important role in providing product guidance, promoting sales, and ensuring customers receive helpful service throughout their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Introduce customers to the available product range and highlight relevant features.
• Provide personalised recommendations based on customers’ needs, preferences, and spending limits.
• Explain product specifications, usage, pricing, warranty coverage, and promotional packages.
• Assist customers with product comparisons and demonstrate functions when necessary.
• Convert customer enquiries into sales through effective product presentation and selling techniques.
• Work towards monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the assigned outlet.
• Ensure product displays, price tags, and promotional materials are properly maintained.
• Coordinate with outlet staff to monitor stock availability and arrange product replenishment.
• Keep up with product updates and competitor activities to improve selling effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate sales records and communicate relevant updates or issues to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Applicants with a background in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles are preferred.
• Able to communicate product information clearly and confidently.
• Approachable personality with a strong interest in customer service.
• Willing to learn about different appliance categories and product functions.
• Positive attitude with the determination to meet sales expectations.
• Good time management, discipline, and attendance.
• Able to cooperate with outlet teams and carry out assigned tasks responsibly.
